Whole herbs naturally contain minerals, vitamins, and other plant benefits. When herbs steep in hot water, some of those water-soluble constituents are extracted into the water you drink.
That's why we let them steep longer than a typical cup of tea.

Yes. An herbal infusion is water with whole herbs steeped in it, and every blend is caffeine-free. Many customers replace some or all of their plain water with a pot a day. If you're pregnant, nursing, or taking medications, check with your provider first.

One scoop (1 tablespoon) or one sample packet per 60 oz teapot or 64 oz mason jar.

Pour boiling water over the herbs, cover, and leave it on the counter. Several hours is ideal, and many people let it go all day. The longer steep is what pulls more from the herbs.

Most tea is steeped for a few minutes, which is enough for delicate leaves and flowers. Thicker plant parts like roots, barks, berries, and mushrooms need hours to soften and release their flavor and goodness into the water. A 15-minute steep gives you mostly what the thinner leaves have to offer. A long steep gives you the whole blend.
This is also how herbs have been prepared for generations: a big pot left on the counter, sipped throughout the day. It's an old practice, not a new wellness trend.

Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.

You can, but the second infusion will be weaker. Add a small scoop of fresh herbs to boost it. When you're done, scatter the used herbs around your plants or add them to your compost.

Whatever you enjoy. I like mine at room temperature. A cold infusion feels wonderful on a hot day, and if you prefer it hot, reheat a cup once it has steeped long enough.

MEET THE HERBALIST
Hi, I'm Daniela.
I grew up in Colombia, where herbs were simply part of everyday life.
It wasn't until I became a mother, overstimulated and depleted, that I found my way back to them, and in them, my path forward: raising my girls, growing medicinal plants on our farm in Wisconsin, and making the kind of herbal products I wanted in my own kitchen.
Around here, we drink plants daily, celebrate the seasons, and believe small daily rituals can quietly change a life.
Rooted in family.
My mother and grandmother always had a plant for everything.
When my parents visit from Colombia, they end up at the worktable with us, stripping holy basil for the Winter Blend or picking calendula in the garden.
This is what I hope to pass on to my daughters: a deep connection with nature and the plants that care for us.
We grow what we can on our farm and source the rest from growers we know, choosing organic whenever possible.
