An organic blend of chamomile, passionflower, lavender and skullcap.

This blend of herbs is aimed to help calm your nervous system. Scientists believe both passionflower and skullcap work by boosting the level of a chemical called gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain, acting as a mild sedative and slowing down your mind to reduce levels of stress and anxiety.

These herbs can also help with insomnia, when anxiety related.

Avoid driving or operating machinery for 2 hours after drinking until you become familiar with this blend. Although unlikely, these herbs could make you feel sleepy and drowsy.
