Welcome to the world of

Herbal Infusions

Herbal infusions are a simple way to stay hydrated and nourish your body daily. Unlike typical tea, herbs steep longer, drawing out more minerals and plant goodness.

How to make an herbal infusion

Herbal infusions turn simple water into deep nourishment—rich in minerals, vitamins and plant wisdom—to support your body and bring a sense of calm to your day. They’re a gentle reminder that healing often begins with simple, daily acts of care.

TOOLS

  • 1 large teapot

  • your herb or herbal blend of choice

  • hot water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring enough water to a boil

  2. Add 1 Tbsp of dry herbs

  3. Steep for at least 20 minutes—longer if you can—to draw out the full goodness of the herbs.

  4. Drink all day to stay hydrated and supported.

Note:
You could work on creating a routine where you steep your herbs in the evening, so you have them ready for the next day. The longer they steep the better the infusion. Used herbs can go in the compost, or as mulch over indoor and outdoor plants.

“When we take time to steep plants in water, we steep ourselves in their wisdom.”
