  • Loose leaf herbal tea blends formulated to address specific goals. Made with organic herbs, no caffeine, no sugar.

All teas are safe for kids. It is recommended to avoid drinking medicinal herbs during pregnancy with the exception of Nourishing Blend – made with herbs known to be mild and safe for pregnancy.

Mother Blend is specially formulated for postpartum women to support them in healing, replenishing and producing milk.

All the herbal tea containers are fully compostable 100% paper.

  • Tinctures are made with water, alcohol and sometimes vegetable glycerin. They have a long shelf life and are portable and easy to use.

While the adult dose is 3 droppers, 3-5 times a day, a dose for a kid is 1 dropper 3-5 times a day diluted in juice for easier intake. Note it is a DROPPER, not a drop.

For the Extracts: In a moment of crisis, for example indigestion (Digestive Extract) and anxiety (Calming Extract), I suggest folks take 3 droppers every 10 minutes until feeling better.

For the Tonics: Use daily for best results. 3 droppers, 3 times a day, or add 9 droppers to your morning drink and sip as usual.

  • Oils and salves infused with medicinal herbs to support the skin in healing with antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties.

These products work best when used often and lathered generously.

Calendula Lip Balm: thick and buttery with nothing you wouldn’t want on your lips.

Menthol Rub: A non-toxic alternative to vapor rub. With eucalyptus and menthol crystals, temporarily helps relive congestion and support regular breathing.

Healing Salve: An everyday, all-natural salve with antimicrobial properties for diaper rash, eczema, dry skin, bug bites, pain, scrapes, inflammation and more.

Soothing Soak: Salts and herbs to support lymphatic detoxing, skin and muscle healing, and relief from pain, swelling and inflammation. These salts come with a small cotton bag for those who prefer a cleaner bath experience.

Daily Ritual: Herbal Infusions

Herbal infusions are a time-honored tradition in many cultures. By replacing your daily intake of water with herbal infusions, you will not only feel hydrated, but also nourished and grounded.

TOOLS

• 1 large teapot or 64-ounce mason jar
• strainer (if you’re using a mason jar)
• your herb or herbal blend of choice
• hot water

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bring enough water to a boil
2. Add 1 Tbsp of dry herbs
3. Add hot water and cover with a lid
4. Steep for at least 20 minutes. Ideally you let it steep until it reaches room temperature. This way you’re releasing as much of the goodness out of your herbs into the water.
5. Drink all day to stay hydrated and supported.

Note: You could work on creating a routine where you steep your herbs in the evening, so you have them ready every morning. Used herbs can go in the compost, or as mulch over indoor and outdoor plants.
