Shipping Policy

At Growing Up Rooted, each order is prepared with care from our farm in Wisconsin. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your items.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on weight and destination.

  • Shipping costs are calculated by weight and location at checkout.

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $100 when you use the code provided at the top of every page.

Local Pickup

If you’re nearby, you can select local pickup at our farm during checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is packed and a label is created, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Please note there may be a short delay between receiving your tracking email and the carrier’s first scan.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please email us at hello@growinguprooted.com and we’ll work with you on a prompt solution.

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Growing Up Rooted is not responsible for what happens after delivery (including theft or misplacement). While we do our best to support our customers, replacements in these cases are handled at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order arrives broken or is lost in transit, we will replace it or reship your order at no extra cost.
