Benefits of Drinking Matcha Daily

One of the most unique aspects of matcha is its high concentration of L-theanine, an amino acid that encourages relaxation while improving focus and alertness. Matcha Latte Recipe

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 1/4 cup hot water

  • 3/4 cup warm milk or milk alternative

  • 1 tsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove any clumps.

  2. Add hot water and whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until frothy.
