1. About Growing Up Rooted

Q: What is Growing Up Rooted?
Growing Up Rooted is a nature-based wellness brand blending herbal wisdom with ritual, education, and apothecary offerings. We create small-batch herbal remedies, offer courses, and support people in reconnecting with plants and nature.

Q: Who is behind Growing Up Rooted?
The brand was founded by herbalist Daniela Rey. Born in Colombia, she grew up with herbal traditions and later formalized her training. She now blends ancestral wisdom with modern practice in her work.

Q: Where are your products made?
Our herbal products are handcrafted in small batches on a Wisconsin farm (or in our studio) using sustainably sourced, high-quality ingredients.

2. Products & Ingredients

Q: What kinds of herbal products do you offer?
We offer a selection that may include (but is not limited to): herbal blends (teas, infusions), tinctures, salves and balms, bath salts, oils, smudge blends, and ritual kits.

Q: Are your herbs organic / wildcrafted / sustainably sourced?
Yes — we prioritize organic herbs wherever possible, maintaining transparency about sourcing practices.

Q: How should I store your botanical products?
Keep your herbs, tinctures, and salves in a cool, dark place. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, or heat. Always close containers after use.

Q: Can I see the ingredient list for each product?
Absolutely. Every product listing includes a full ingredient list, usage instructions, and safety notes. If you have a sensitivity, please read carefully or contact us for clarification.

3. Courses / Programs

Q: What courses do you offer?
Our signature offering is A Journey Through Medicinal Herbs, a self-paced program where participants explore 10 core herbs through rituals, infusions, and guided practices. We also may offer seasonal mini-series, workshops, and live sessions.

Q: Do I need prior experience in herbalism to join?
No experience is required. The courses are designed to be accessible even for beginners while still offering depth to those with some background.

Q: What materials or tools will I need?
Upon enrolling, you’ll receive a materials list (PDF). Common items include dried herbs, a vessel for infusing herbs (teapot, jar), a strainer, and optionally simple tools like droppers or small jars.

Q: How long do I have access to the course content?
Once you enroll, you’ll retain lifetime access to the lessons, videos, downloads, and updates. (Exact terms appear in your purchase/registration agreement.)

4. Shipping, Returns & Orders

Q: Do you ship internationally?
No — at this time we only ship within the United States.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, then 3–7 business days for transit (depending on region).

Q: What is your return or refund policy?

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We aim to process orders quickly, so modifications may not always be possible. Contact us immediately with your order number and requested change; we’ll do our best to accommodate.
